LEE COUNTY, Fla. — A crash and fire sent a semi-truck over the edge of a Florida interstate, leaving it dangling until troopers were able to lower the truck to the ground.
Photos and videos posted to social media by Florida Highway Patrol show the truck hanging off northbound Interstate 75 in Lee County. While the wheels of the trailer are touching the ground, the cab of the truck remained on top of the overpass.

Photos shared from the top of the overpass show foam left behind after crews sprayed the vehicle to put out a fire.
Troopers told WINK that the truck was the only vehicle involved in the crash and no injuries were reported.
Video shared by FHP shows crews working to lower the truck to the ground in order to remove it from the scene and reopen the roadway.

Troopers have not released any cause for the crash or fire, and said they are continuing to investigate, WFLA reported.
