A driver was cited by Minnesota State Patrol officers after being pulled over while watching “Law & Order” while behind the wheel.
The driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, was watching the long-running drama on his phone, troopers said on social media.
Lt. Shank to motorist not wearing seat belt and watching Law and Order (yes, you read that right) behind the wheel: "I'm here to educate you, not lecture you." Driver received 2 citations. #BackseatTweets #JustDrive pic.twitter.com/CAEN6e4AVw— MN State Patrol (@MnDPS_MSP) April 23, 2019
