• Teens Injured In Church Bus Crash

    Updated:
ATLANTA - Several people, including some teenagers, were recovering Monday after a packed church bus collided with a pick up truck at a Buckhead intersection Sunday night.

The bus from Northside United Methodist Church slammed into the truck at the corner of Northside Drive and West Wesley.

The bus then slammed into a utility pole and the pick up hit two other cars.

Channel 2 Action News reporter John Bachman talked to the driver of the truck who claimed the bus driver failed to stop at a flashing red light.

Paramedics took some of the teens and the drivers of both the pick up and the bus to the hospital.

None of the injuries appeared to be serious.
