Police: Smyrna Man Found In Apartment Was Killed

SMYRNA, Ga. — The death of a 42-year-old man found in his Smyrna apartment has been ruled a homicide.

Authorities said a friend found the body of Henry Cardell on Tuesday. The friend had not heard from Cardell in several days.

Cardell's Mazda was missing from the parking lot but later found in Atlanta. Investigators have not released the cause of death.
