Online auction seller tracks $255K prize in Warner Robins

ATLANTA — One lucky eBay auction seller has captured a jackpot prize playing Fantasy 5. Chantay Ethridge of Byron, is one of two winners to match all five numbers from the March 23 Fantasy 5 drawing, winning the $255,187 jackpot prize.

The retailer 7-11-8 Gas & Food Mart, 1660 Watson Blvd. in Warner Robins, sold the winning combination. The second jackpot winning ticket was sold in Albany.

Winning numbers from the March 23 Fantasy 5 drawing were: 1-10-11-15-23.

“My husband woke me up, and I was in disbelief,” said Ethridge, 40. “I am so super excited.”

Self-employed selling items on eBay, Ethridge and her husband, Charles, have two children, ages 10 and 22.

“I have so many plans,” Ethridge exclaimed.

Since its first year, the Georgia Lottery Corp. has returned more than $15 billion to the state of Georgia for education. All Georgia Lottery profits go to pay for specific educational programs, including Georgia’s HOPE Scholarship Program and Georgia’s Pre-K Program. More than 1.6 million students have received HOPE, and more than 1.3 million 4-year-olds have attended the statewide, voluntary prekindergarten program.
