• Vandals tag DeKalb Co. schools, buses with gang symbols

    DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - Police are searching for the people responsible for painting graffiti and gang signs on school buses and at least two schools in DeKalb County.
     
    School officials are trying to have the graffiti cleaned up by the time school begins at Stephenson Middle at 8:50 a.m. The vandals also hit nearby Stephenson High School.
     
    At least five school buses were tagged as well.
     
    Police believe the vandals marked the schools and buses Saturday night – right in front of security cameras.
     
    DeKalb school police plan to review footage from several surveillance cameras mounted on campus.
