APPLING COUNTY, Ga. — A man and woman captured on video attacking a mother and daughter at their takeout stand last month have turned themselves in.
The Baxley Police Department confirmed to Channel 2 Action News that Nathaniel Smith and Latasha Smith surrendered Wednesday morning.
According to police, the victims say the Smiths were unhappy with their order. A verbal argument turned violent when one of the suspects began punching the restaurant owner repeatedly.

In the video, you can see the teenage daughter come out of the car to break up the fight before the male suspect punches her in the face.
The video was shared widely leading to the community to offer up a reward to find the suspects.
The Smiths are now in the Appling County Jail.
