ATLANTA — State investigators raided a series of tax preparer offices on Thursday, arresting one man.
Channel 2 investigative reporter Mark Winne was the only reporter there as police entered the office and put a man in handcuffs.
Department of Revenue investigators said they used a hidden camera to record the man offering to fudge tax numbers.
"Did you inflate the numbers on tax returns? Are you guilty of forgery?" Winne asked the man who refused to respond.
