• Drier start to Sunday after storms move through

    ATLANTA - Sunday will be drier after storms rolled through metro Atlanta Saturday afternoon and evening. 

    Some parts of north Georgia saw isolated downpours with high winds and lightning. 

    On Sunday, rain chances are only at 30%.

    Scattered rain and storms are expected early next week with highs in the upper 80s to near 90 degrees Monday.

    Starting Tuesday, cooler changes settle in for a few days. It will remain warm but temps will run about 5-6° cooler than normal daytime highs, in the lower to mid 80s.

    Lows at night will cool into the upper 60s by Wednesday morning
