Police: Man spotted driving slain man's Porsche

DULUTH, Ga. — Duluth police said they have identified a suspect in the killing of a local man.

Donald Singer, 57, was found dead in his garage last month. Since then, police said they have received tips that 52-year-old Robert Craig Sandman has been spotted driving Singer's stolen Porsche. It's a 1988 Porsche 944 with the Georgia tag ADK 6725.

A warrant for Sandman only charges him with theft at this point. Police said he was just released from prison and may know something about Singer's death.

Police believe Sandman frequents the Adairsville/Calhoun area in Gordon County. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or the Duluth Police Department at 770-476-4151.
