DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — DeKalb County police are searching for at least one gunman who shot two people inside a car early overnight.
Police said one of the victims was killed and another was taken to an area hospital in unknown condition.
"The victims were in a car and they were shot in the car and they drove off after they got shot and at the next intersection had an accident," Capt. Lisa Gassner of the DeKalb County Police Department said.
A woman who was also inside the car told police two men approached the car and started firing.
A witness told police one of the shooters ran into a nearby home on Forest Path, but police did not find anyone inside.
