ATLANTA — One man was killed and a woman was struck by a stray bullet after an argument in DeKalb County early Thursday morning.
DeKalb County police said a group of men got into a dispute in a parking lot at Highlands of East Atlanta off Flat Shoals Road. Police said the men pulled guns on each other and began shooting.
People in the area said they heard five shots, but police said no witnesses have come forward.
Police said they need help catching the gunman responsible for killing a man and injuring a woman. They said they are not surprised no one has come forward with information, but detectives said they expect their phones will begin ringing soon.
