• Missing wallet turned in to authorities

    FAYETTE COUNTY, Ga. - Police said someone has turned in a lost wallet in Fayette County.

    Channel 2 first reported Tuesday a man said a woman picked up his wife's wallet after he dropped it at a Kohl's department store in Fayette County on Jan. 1.
     
    Joseph Smith and Fayette County police said the wallet was turned in on Wednesday, with all the money and gift cards inside. Police did not say who turned in the wallet.
