Missing Atlanta woman found safe

ATLANTA — Atlanta police canceled a Mattie’s Call for a woman missing for a week after she was found safe Sunday.

Judith Beadle, 30, was last seen Monday on the 800 block of Peachtree Street. She had been diagnosed with a diminished mental capacity.

Atlanta police didn't say where Beadle was found, but did say she was safe.

Friends and family are relieved the woman has been found said.

David Mendelson and Beadle have an 11-year-old son together. He said he's searched eight hours over the last two days for her.

Beadle hadn't been seen since she appeared distraught in this surveillance video from a midtown CVS Pharmacy where her mom Teri said she was given prescription sleeping pills.

“She called me in the morning upset said, she was going to commit suicide," Mendelson said.

Jodi's mom said her daughter suffers from Bipolar Disorderm, has been fighting a drug addiction and recently lost custody of her children.

“You can't give up just have to try and help them," Mendelson said.

Beadle’s family said now that she's been found, they want to get her the help she needs.
