On Dec. 30, the owner of Sudo Bar and Grill in Ellenwood asked Ernest Bolton, 36, to leave. Police said that as Bolton drove away, he fired a gun toward two off-duty officers who were working at the location.

Bolton was arrested in Covington on Friday, police said. A handgun believed to be the one Bolton fired at officers was also recovered.
