HALL COUNTY, Ga. — UPDATE: Deputies with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office found Ms. Vandiver safe on her property.
“Ms. Vandiver was cold but other than that appeared to be okay. She was taken to the hospital for observation. Thanks to all of our community members for your care and concern!” the sheriff’s office wrote.

Hall County deputies are actively searching for a missing woman with dementia.
Myryam Vandiver was last seen around 6:30 p.m. Monday off Belton Bridge Road.
The family told deputies that Vandiver, 82, suffers from dementia.
The Hall County Sheriff’s Office said K9 units and Georgia State Patrol are looking in the area for Vandiver.
Deputies did not have a description of what Vandiver was last wearing.
