Gwinnett police need help identifying John Doe

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — The Gwinnett Police Department is asking for assistance in identifying a man found having a serious medical emergency on the side of South Old Peachtree Road near Lou Ivy Road on July 29.
 
The man was in cardiac arrest.  He was assessed at the scene and transported to Gwinnett Medical Center – Duluth where he remains in grave condition. 
 
The man appears to be in his mid to late 50s, approximately 5 feet, 9 inches tall with a weight of 150-160 pounds. He has a distinctive scar on his left arm that appears to be from a prior surgery. He was found wearing khaki cargo shorts, a white shirt, white Nike tennis shoes and a UNC white fitted cap.  He was also wearing what appeared to be purple gardening gloves.
 
Based on keys found on his person, he may drive a 1998-2002 Toyota, unknown model or color.
