CRISP COUNTY, Ga. — You need to meet Angela Wilcox.
The woman from Cordele in south Georgia is a fighter. She’s currently battling Schwannoma, a type of nerve tumor that’s on Angela’s brain. And she’s already beaten COVID-19.
Now, she has something else she wants to accomplish: publish a book.
Wilcox spoke to WALB-TV in Albany about her next challenge.
Wilcox wants the book to bring awareness to the situation she battles and let people know that living a normal life is possible.
"But I’m just looking to bring people together and let them know that they can also have a normal life too,” Wilcox said.
