Local businesses are joining the community in support of Daniel Rush, a Forsyth County sheriff's deputy injured in the line of duty Friday.
Rush was shot once in the leg when he approached an armed gunman attempting to enter a courthouse in Cumming. Police say the shooter was prepared to cause large loss of life, and Rush prevented anyone else from being injured.
At the following restaurants, a percentage of proceeds with be donated to Rush’s recovery.

Patrons should mention the Rush Recovery Fund when purchasing meals at the various locations.
An account has also be set up at BB&T called the"Rush Recovery Fund." Anyone can donate at any BB&T branch.
