• Henry police: 14-year-old killed in I-75 crash


    HENRY COUNTY, Ga. - Police said a 14-year-old girl died in a crash that shut down all northbound lanes on Interstate 75 in Henry County.

    The three-car crash happened about 11:30 a.m. Thursday between the Hampton Road and Jonesboro Road exit.

    Henry County police said the teen victim was ejected from a car. Two infants were also ejected from a vehicle, but they survived. The babies are in hospital care in serious condition.

    The case will be presented to a grand jury to determine whether charges will be filed against a 19-year-old driver in the crash. Police are not releasing the driver's name.
