Donations for Boy Scout Troop 008

A local Boy Scout troop needs your help, after someone stole its trailer full of supplies and equipment from a church parking lot in Marietta.

MARIETTA, Ga. — The trailer was taken from Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church where Troop 008 parked the trailer.

One scout tells Channel 2 Action News he's overwhelmed by the theft, especially since it happened just days before the troop's biggest camp-out of the year.
