DeKalb middle school evacuated due to smoke

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Columbia Middle School was evacuated Tuesday morning after reports of a small fire in the school.

Students left the school around 11 a.m.

The DeKalb County Fire Department said a burned out fan caused smoke, which led to the evacuation.
