Police search for missing Jonesboro woman diagnosed with bipolar disorder

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Clayton County police are looking for a missing 20-year-old woman who they said has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

At 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, officers responded to a domestic disturbance on Stonewall Jackson Drive in Jonesboro.

Upon arrival, officers learned 20-year-old Rachel Shelby, was having a “breakdown”.

Officers tried to speak with Shelby in her bedroom but learned that she left the home through her bedroom window.

Police described her as being five feet, six inches tall, 125 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black Adidas coat, black pants, with black and white Nike shoes.
