Man arrested in home invasion where woman was sexually assaulted, toddler held at gunpoint

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — U.S. Marshals have arrested a man they say was part of a home invasion robbery where a woman was sexually assaulted while the suspects held a gun to a 2-year-old’s head.

JaMarcus Davel Williams was taken into custody Saturday. He was one of four suspects who broke into a Jonesboro home in May. The victims were robbed of money and personal items and the woman was sexually assaulted, deputies say.

“A two-year-old child was present and a gun was held to the child’s head during the home invasion robbery,” officials wrote.

The victims have not been identified.
