Car chase ends in PIT maneuver in Roswell; 2 suspects on the run

ROSWELL, Ga. — Two suspects are on the run after a car chase and crash in Roswell.

Authorities told Channel 2 Action News that police were involved in a chase with a stolen car around 3 a.m. Officers were able to perform a PIT maneuver near Woodstock Road and Crossville Road.

A total of four suspects ran from the car, but officers were able to immediately catch two of them. Two others are still on the run.

Authorities said they found stolen weapons in the car.

Investigators believed the two suspects may have gotten into another car and left. The public is not in any danger.

Officers were stationed near Blessed Trinity High School while the school opened, as an extra precaution.
