ATLANTA — A system moving through north Georgia this week could bring snow or a wintry mix to some people in north Georgia.

The rain could turn into wintry mix late Thursday and early Friday for areas in north Georgia.

Here’s what to know:

  • A couple inches of snow is possible in the north Georgia mountains
  • Wet snow may be possible in north metro Atlanta
