ATLANTA — Some strong storms moved over metro Atlanta Thursday evening.
Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brad Nitz said there were multiple reports of wind damage in Lilburn in Gwinnett County. Another large tree fell in DeKalb County, causing minor damage to a home. property.
A flash flood warning was issued for portions of central Fulton County, including Atlanta, until 12:45 a.m.
A ground stop was in effect at Hartsfield Jackson International Airport until 8 p.m.
