Police need help finding an Atlanta teen with autism who disappeared from his home.

Patrick Tutt, 19, was last seen Saturday at his home at 620 New Town Circle SE. Tutt is described as 6 feet, 1 inches tall and weighs about 115 pounds.

His family said he has been diagnosed with autism and walks with his head down with a slight limp. Tutt was last seen wearing black jeans, a white shirt and white shoes.
