McDonald’s employee arrested after hitting co-worker with her car

ATLANTA — Police say an employee hit a co-worker with her car after a fight broke out at a metro Atlanta McDonald’s.

The incident happened around 12:30 a.m. on Friday at the McDonald’s at 1105 Northside Drive, according to reports.

Police said a physical fight broke out between two employees at the restaurant. One of those employees, Destiny Allen, went outside. Another employee who was trying to break up the fight, Zoe Gunn, also went outside to make sure Allen was leaving.

Police said Allen and the other employee in the fight, who has not been identified, continued to argue and Allen got in her car. Police said Allen then put the car into reverse and hit the gas, hitting Gunn and throwing her into the window.

Gunn was taken to the hospital with injuries to her legs.

Allen was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and criminal damage to property. She was taken to the Fulton County Jail.
