Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms issued an executive order Friday that lifts a moratorium on applications for outdoor events of up to 49,000 people.

Event planners will still have to adhere to COVID-19 mitigation protocols, which includes designating a health coordinator responsible for reviewing current CDC guidance and following enhanced cleaning and sanitation plans.
