Hawks tie up playoff series against Philadelphia in crucial Game 4

ATLANTA — While it wasn’t the final game of their Best-of-7 Eastern Conference Semi-Final series with the Philadelphia 76ers, the Atlanta Hawks took home another win Monday night in Game 4.

The Hawks were able to tie up the series in a tight match-up, beating the Sixers 103 to 100.

Already down 2-1 and hosting Monday night’s game at home in State Farm Arena, the Hawks do not want to have to return to Philadelphia for Game 5 on the brink of losing the series.

Having a home game Friday night did not go well for the Hawks. The Sixers jumped out on them early and never really let off the throttle, winning easily, 127-111.

Trae Young had a good night, scoring 28 points and John Collins scored 23, but the Hawks could not stop the top seeded 76ers. Joel Embiid again had his way inside, scoring 27 points with 9 rebounds and 8 assists. Tobias Harris added 22 points for Philly.
