ATLANTA — Commuters beware – traffic all over metro Atlanta could be worse than usual as schools return from spring break and deal with the traffic mess created by the I-85 bridge collapse.
If you are coming into town on any of the roads or interstates affected by the collapse, be prepared for delays.
Here’s what your commute looks like coming from different parts of metro Atlanta.
If you’re traveling down I-85 SB, you have two options to exit when the road closes.
If you’re traveling up I-85 NB, your last option to exit is the Buford Spring Connector Northbound
If you’re traveling down GA 400, you can exit to Sidney Marcus Blvd. or I-85 NB.
If you’re traveling on Piedmont Road, one northbound lane is closed.
If you’re traveling on the Buford Spring Connector southbound, only one lane is open.
