ATLANTA — Just over a month after Arthur Blank announced he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, the owner of the Falcons says he is now cancer free.
The announcement, made at the Georgia Technology Summit at Cobb Galleria, was confirmed by Blank's spokesman Thursday.
Blank made the surprise admission on Feb. 9, saying doctors diagnosed him with a treatable version of the cancer.
The 73-year-old said he decided to take an aggressive approach that included surgery. His overall prognosis was good.
