2 killed in Forsyth County collision

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — Two people were killed in in a head-on crash in Forsyth County Tuesday morning.

According to the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office, both drivers involved were killed when one of the cars crossed the center line of Highway 53 at Crystal Cove Trail just before 9 a.m.

There were no other passengers in either vehicle, the Sheriff's Office said. The man and woman killed in the crash have not been identified.

Deputies said there is no sign that alcohol was involved in the crash.

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating.
