Accomplice, bystander shot during argument

FULTON COUNTY, Ga. — Fulton County police are looking for a person who accidentally shot his accomplice and another person during an argument.

The incident happened outside of a home on Mallory Road near College Park on Saturday morning.

Detectives said two armed men approached a man standing on the front porch.  A short argument ensued before one armed man told the other to shoot the man they confronted. The man took off running and the shooter fired several shots at him, but missed and struck his accomplice.

Another person inside the house came to the front door, and that’s when he was shot in the stomach. Detectives said the shooter dragged his accomplice to the car, dropped him off at the front door of a hospital and drove away.

At some point, his wounded partner was taken to Grady Memorial Hospital, where the other injured person is being treated. Both of the patients have critical injuries.

Detectives are still looking for the shooter.
