• 1 shot at Lithonia gas station


    LITHONIA, Ga. - Police are investigating a shooting at a QuickTrip gas station in Lithonia.

    It happened just after 1:30 p.m. at the QuickTrip along Rockbridge Road in Lithonia.

    Investigators said a man was shot inside the store but have not said what led to the shooting.

    The man was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.

    Police said the suspect in the shooting fled the scene. He is described as black, in his 20s, wearing a red shirt and was driving a black car.
