• 1 dead in N. Druid Hills crash


    DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. - An early Saturday crash on North Druid Hills Road left one driver dead and another in critical condition.

    DeKalb County authorities said the driver was killed was traveling westbound in a minivan on North Druid Hills Road when he crossed the center line near Arbordale Drive. The driver collided head-on with an on-coming truck.

    Weather was not considered to be a factor in the crash, officials said.

    The driver of the truck was left hospitalized in critical condition. The driver of a third vehicle involved in the wreck was not injured.
