ATLANTA — The Atlanta beltline has a new park.
Saturday was the official opening of Historic Fourth Ward Park near City Hall East.
The park features a huge pond, complete with walkway, an amphitheater and skate park.
The park is environmentally sound and meets a federal mandate to help control flooding around City Hall East.
