Braves Family Field Day offers people a chance to play at Turner Field

ATLANTA — Pitch in the bullpen, hit in the batting cages and shag fly balls at Turner Field, just like the pros.

The Atlanta Braves are bringing back Family Field Day on Saturday, June 16. The event offers participants a chance to play on the field at Turner Field while learning pitching, hitting and fielding techniques from Braves players and coaches.

It's a chance for fans of all ages to get a chance to play where the pros play. The opportunity might not come with a multi-million dollar contract, but it does come with a virtual guarantee for any and all Braves fans.

Family Field Day includes a panel discussion with Braves players, lunch, a behind-the-scenes tour of Turner Field and tickets to the June 16 game vs. the Baltimore Orioles.

The event costs $200 for a family of four. It's $60 for an individual to participate, but that choice includes two tickets for the game that night.
