Molly B’s, a chef-driven destination restaurant located looking over the field at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, will be open to the public for lunch seven days a week on non-event and game days starting September 30th.
Open for lunch from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., Atlantans and visitors alike can enjoy a mouth-watering menu created by Chef Michael Bertozzi of both Molly B’s and TWO urban licks. Drawing from the local traditions and ingredients to deliver some of the best the region has to offer, standouts on the menu include the BBQ Brisket Sandwich featuring smoked sliced brisket, house pickles, espresso barbecue and sesame bun; Butter Milk Fried Chicken Wings served with spicy honey and cole slaw; Kale and Avocado Salad; and the Bahn Mi - pork belly, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, radish, Sriracha aioli and French bread.
Molly B’s, named in honor of owner Arthur Blank’s mother, Molly Blank, is part of the expansive food and beverage program being featured inside the stadium and was created in partnership with Concentrics Restaurants. In addition to friendly, detailed service and delicious dining options, a large, four-sided bar takes center stage at Molly B’s. Those looking to imbibe will find a curated beverage program with an array of craft beers, a tailored wine list and classic and specialty cocktails. The space is also available for private events of all sizes.
"We are really excited to be opening to the public for lunch. It’s been great serving the fans of both the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United, but we are ready to show the rest of Atlanta that we are taking a different approach to the food at Mercedes Benz Stadium. We are excited to show Atlanta what we are doing at Molly Bs using fresh, local ingredients on our rotating menu,” says Chef Bertozzi.
Molly B’s is located on Concourse 100 just inside Gate 2 and near the base of the LED wrapped 10-story mega column.
