This year's Country Music Association Awards will be looking different on the hosting front.
Since 2008, Brad Paisley has co-hosted the show with Carrie Underwood, but it was announced Monday that he has been replaced with special guest hosts Dolly Parton and Reba McEntire.
Let’s go girls! I’m so excited to be joining @carrieunderwood and @reba to celebrate the legendary women of country music as a guest host of this year’s #CMAawards on November 13 💖 pic.twitter.com/XzR3Ah65vT— Dolly Parton (@DollyParton) August 19, 2019
McEntire is no stranger to hosting award shows. She's been the master of ceremonies for the Academy of Country Music Awards 16 times, most recently hosting in April. She tweeted her excitement about joining the show Monday morning.
The three hosts have 124 CMA Awards nominations and 22 total wins combined.
As a fan of all 3 of these amazing women, I can’t wait to watch. https://t.co/IHuX1GnhQi— Brad Paisley (@BradPaisley) August 19, 2019
