Like it or not, the Hawks need Joe Johnson to win, but he is in a no-win situation.
He gets ripped for going "ISO Joe" during certain games and then gets crushed for attempting just eight shots in another.
"ISO Joe" is defined by four Hawks players standing around, watching Johnson dribble the ball on the perimeter before
launching a jumper as the shot clock winds down.
I'll take Joe somewhere in between.
"ISO Joe" lulls everyone to sleep faster than Ambien. Shooting eight times only helps the opposition as they have limited the Hawks' top offensive weapon.
Joe shot eight times in Game 4 and has attempted eight or fewer shots four times the last two years. The Hawks have lost three of those games.
It's the playoffs and for the Hawks to become just the ninth team in NBA history to win a playoff series after trailing 3-1, Johnson needs to be more aggressive and his teammates know it.
