Gigi's Playhouse it's called Trysomy 21, but most of us know it as down syndrome- a condition that results from having an extra copy of chromosome 21. Normally , a fertilized egg has 23 pairs of chromasomes. down Syndrome is not a condition that can be cured, but early intervention is key. GiGi's Playhouse centers have evolved into educational centers with a focus on National awareness for Down syndrome. All of our programs are free to our families and are therapeutic in nature. Each of them are designed to work on specific skill development in several areas including speech and language, social development, and fine and gross motor skills. Gigi's welcomes it's newest center right here in Atlanta!! For more information, visit the website at GiGi's Playhouse.com
