Southwest Airlines in Atlanta Southwest Airlines is now flying out of Atlanta. And that's a really big deal, not just for the flying customers, but for the entire state of Georgia. Southwest Airlines is also the newest Family 2 Family underwriter that is determined to make it's mark in the community.

Kroger Can Hunger Update it took eight tractor-trailer trucks to hold more than 12,000 cases of non-perishable food items donated by Kroger's Atlanta Division. H.E.A.T./Scana Energy 2012 one in every five households in Georgia will struggle to pay their energy bill this season. A local non-profit organization is hoping the change that. Northside Hospital/United Way -Writing Northside Hospital is collaborating with the United Way of Metro Atlanta to show what can happen when volunteers come together to do the "Write Thing" and support Absolutely Incredible Kid Day. Absolutely Incredible Kid Day is a national letter-writing campaign where kids receive letters of support, love and encouragement from parents and adults. This year's Absolutely Incredible Kid Day is Thursday, March 15, 2012 so there's still time to join the campaign! Letters are due by February 24th. Junior Achievement Ralph de la Vega was just 10yrs old when he came to the United States without family, money or knowing the english language. Now as AT&T mobolity's CEO, de la Vega shared with People 2 People producers about his involvement with the Atlanta Chapter of Junior Achievement and why he believes it's important to give back. Oscar Night America 2012-Atlanta the biggest night in Hollywood is also an important evening for the Center for Family Resources. Every year, the non-profit organization hosts Atlanta's only officially-sanctioned Oscar Night America Party. The fundraiser supports the mission and work of the Center for Family Resources which helps thousands of low income families.
