If severe weather is knocking on your door, what would you do? Do you have a plan, does your family know the plan? Severe weather is more than tornadoes..Thunderstorms can produce damaging winds, large hail and deadly and destructive lightning. Floods can have a huge impact on your life even if you do not live in a "flood zone".
This is the week to nail down a plan. Here are the links to what your family needs: Plan and a kit.
Knowing severe storms are coming your way is paramount when planning. I urge all to have a way to get warnings immediately. A NOAA severe weather radio, both table top and portable, is the best way to get the warning for your community. For iphone and ipad users check this out: imap weather radio. The radio is coming soon for android users.
Yes the weather is quiet now, but it won't be in the coming months. The time to plan is now. Peace.
