The National Weather Service in Birmingham has issued a * Flood Watch for all of central Alabama. * From Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon. * Rainfall totals of one and a half to two and a half with locally higher totals are possible through Sunday afternoon. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on current forecasts. You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
