ATLANTA -- He has sold more than 13 million records in the U.S., has won a Grammy, acted in several movies and has appeared on the most popular franchise on television today.Who is he?If you guessed Ludacris, give yourself a pat on the back.Chris "Ludacris" Bridges played Center Stage Tuesday night. The concert was part of seven-city Samsung Summer Krush tour. Attendees got in free.
Ludacris Rocks Center Stage Organizers created the tour to promote Samsung's new line of phones that feature an array of music capabilities. The tour kicked off Aug. 13th in Los Angeles. It heads to Chicago next. The Plain White T's play the final date in San Francisco on Sept. 12th.Samsung set up several kiosks to show off their new phones and gave those in attendance a chance to bling their phone.Christopher "Ludacris" Bridges moved to Atlanta when he was in high school. He attended Banneker and went on to get his degree at Georgia State University.Following school, he was known as DJ Chris Lova Lova at Hot 97. Following a short stint on the radio, he released his first record in 1999 and he's been making music ever since. Ludacris has appeared in several movies and had a role on "Law & Order: SVU."For more on the event, check out both the video and slideshow.
