Hotline reports the Obama and Romney campaigns, along with their SuperPAC surrogates, have now spent over 1 billion dollars on TV ads alone since May. Incredibly half of that has gone into just three states: Ohio, Florida and Virginia. Jay DeDapper shows what all that money has bought and asks whether it was worth it.
