Texas mom jailed for letting kids play outside
A woman in Texas was arrested and even spent a night in jail, all for letting her kids play outside. A neighbor reported Tammy Cooper to the police and told them that they were riding their scooters unsupervised. Cooper spent 18 hours in jail and plans to sue the police department for damages.
