Man's floating home seized by government

A Florida man is taking his home into his own hands after his floating home was seized by the federal government, sold to the city of Riviera Beach, and destroyed. The man lived in a floating home in a Florida marina until his home was taken. The Supreme Court will hear the case Monday, which will determine whether or not the government can legally tow away a floating home. The case triggers application of federal maritime law regarding floating casinos, floating oil rigs and floating hotels.
